We describe our dairy products accurately — ingredients, weights and storage notes are shown on each product page. Natural batch variation in colour, aroma or texture is normal for traditional dairy and is not a defect.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may update prices or discontinue products without prior notice; confirmed orders are honoured at the price paid.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD acceptance at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, address issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment was taken.
Raw milk is unpasteurised. We recommend boiling before consumption unless your household follows another safe practice. Keep dahi and milk refrigerated at 4°C or below.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content for commercial use without permission. All branding, text and images remain our property or used with licence.
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from delays, third-party delivery issues or misuse of products after safe handover. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
